一种汽车顶盖抗雪压动态仿真分析方法

目前顶盖雪压静态仿真分析方法的雪压计算值与测试值存在偏差,并且不能反映顶盖实际变形的位置和整体变形模式。为改进静态仿真分析方法,提出一种非线性显式计算的动态仿真分析方法,并以某乘用车为例,通过试验验证了其可靠性及有效性,为顶盖的研发设计提供了参考。

Alloy optimisation of bainitic steel for large plastic mould

Based on the phase transformation theories, especially the T₀ concept of bainite transformation, alloy optimisation of bainitic steel with carbides has been carried out aiming at the produce of plastic mould with large cross-section. The effect of manganese and silicon on proeutectoid ferrite and bainite transformation is explored by dilatometric analysis, XRD and different microscopy techniques. The results show that after the alloy optimisation, the transformation of proeutectoid ferrite is suppressed and when the cooling rate is lower than 0·1°C?s^??1, the new lower bainite transformation appears by decreasing carbon capacity of austenite and promoting carbide precipitation. Industrial production proves that the optimised alloy SDP1 can meet the demand for the plastic mould with the thickness of 1050?mm.     

基于AMESim的液压马达加载系统研究

液压马达作为液压系统的执行元件在工程机械上广泛应用,针对液压马达加载工况下的输出特性,利用Simulink和AMESim软件对系统进行联合仿真建模,并对系统的运行状态、控制性能、回收性能进行研究,对液压马达加载系统的设计和改进具有重要的参考意义。     

直纺亮光抗倒伏波浪扁平涤纶FDY的开发

探讨了直纺83 dtex/114 f波浪扁平涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)的工艺制备过程。试验证明,在熔体输送温度276~282℃,纺丝温度286~290℃,喷丝板规格DIO φ104 mm-114孔、"王"字形,环吹风压10~15 Pa,含油率1.1%~1.2%,卷绕速度3 800~4 200 m/min的工艺参数下纺制83 dtex/114 f波浪扁平涤纶FDY时,生产稳定,满卷率高,外观情况良好,袜带均匀亮丽,可批量生产。此新产品可用于制作高档布艺沙发表层面料,具有抗倒伏、色彩艳丽等功效。     

Physicochemical characteristics,antioxidant capacity and thermodynamic properties of purple-fleshed potatos dried by radio frequency energy

Abstract

The impacts of using radio frequency (RF) energy to dry purple-fleshed potatoes were investigated and compared to infrared radiation (IR) and microwave (MW) drying techniques. The gelatinization rate, color, flavor, morphological, and structural characteristics, thermodynamic properties, as well as antioxidant capacity were examined. The results indicated that the drying time of RF (70?min) and MW (21?min) were shorter than IR (105?min). The gelatinization ratio of MW, RF, and IR were 94.4?±?2.0, 88.3?±?1.4, and 64.5?±?1.1%, respectively. The degree of crystallization of purple-fleshed potato powder decreased with all three drying methods. RF-dried potatoes were able to retain higher polyphenols (loss rate: 4.3%), total anthocyanin (3.7%), and total flavonoid content (35.1%), whereas IR showed the lowest retention. The content of polyphenols also decreased significantly. Furthermore, after RF heating, the scavenging of free radicals was higher compared to MW and IR.     

除尘器新型褶式滤筒的结构优化及系列化设计

以新型褶式滤筒为研究对象,选取滤筒褶数N_2、褶夹角θ、褶高h、过滤风速v为影响因子,除尘器压力损失为响应值,基于响应曲面法分析影响因子对压力损失的影响,建立滤筒除尘器压力损失的预测模型并得到滤筒褶皱结构最优参数。以滤筒内径D、筒体高度D_1为标准尺寸,依据相关国家标准设计滤筒筒体部分;以锥体高度D_2、锥体上圆直径D_3为系列尺寸,利用尺寸变化法设计锥体部分;通过Access软件建立滤筒产品数据库。结果表明:当θ=5.2°,N_2=50,v=0.01 m/s,h=0.035 m时,除尘器压力损失最低;当D_1=1 000 mm,D=320 mm时,D_2和D_3最佳值分别为600,130 mm,故采用D_2/D_1=0.6,D_3/D=0.4的比值设计相应滤筒锥体系列。     

海面油膜的偏振反射特性仿真实验

为了给海面溢油污染识别检测提供理论基础,根据菲涅尔反射公式的偏振反射系数,结合偏振双向反射率因子和粗糙海面的概率密度分布函数,建立了完善的pBRDF模型,仿真在不同太阳入射角度、不同探测器观测角度以及不同海面风速风向等条件下海水和油膜的偏振反射分布函数。结果表明:海水和油膜太阳天顶角为53°和56°时P偏振反射率分别为1.0×10^-5和2.5×10^-5,S偏振反射率随着太阳天顶角的增加而增加;海面风速越大偏振反射率峰值越小;海面风向只改变pBRDF的空间位置;海水和油膜线偏振度空间分布有明显差异。搭建实验平台相机以40°拍摄时,得出海水和油膜的线偏振度分别在0.2~0.4, 0.5~0.7之间,同时表明利用偏振探测获取目标场景的偏振度和偏振角图可提高图像质量。     

D-limonene Inhibits Pentylenetetrazole-Induced Seizure via Adenosine A2A Receptor Modulation on GABAergic Neuronal Activity

Background: Epilepsy is a chronic neurological disorder characterized by the recurrence of seizures. One-third of patients with epilepsy may not respond to antiseizure drugs. Purpose: We aimed to examine whether D-limonene, a cyclic monoterpene, exhibited any antiseizure activity in the pentylenetetrazole (PTZ)-induced kindling mouse model and in vitro. Methods: PTZ kindling mouse model was established by administering PTZ (30 mg/kg) intraperitoneally to mice once every 48 h. We performed immunoblot blots, immunohistochemistry (IHC), and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis after the behavioral study. Results: An acute injection of PTZ (60 mg/kg) induced seizure in mice, while pretreatment with D-limonene inhibited PTZ-induced seizure. Repeated administration of PTZ (30 mg/kg) increased the seizure score gradually in mice, which was reduced in D-limonene (10 mg/kg)-pretreated group. In addition, D-limonene treatment increased glutamate decarboxylase-67 (GAD-67) expression in the hippocampus. Axonal sprouting of hippocampal neurons after kindling was inhibited by D-limonene pretreatment. Moreover, D-limonene reduced the expression levels of Neuronal PAS Domain Protein 4 (Npas4)-induced by PTZ. Furthermore, the adenosine A2A antagonist {"type":"entrez-protein","attrs":{"text":"SCH58261","term_id":"1052882304","term_text":"SCH58261"}}SCH58261 and ZM241385 inhibited anticonvulsant activity and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA)ergic neurotransmission-induced by D-limonene. Conclusion: These results suggest that D-limonene exhibits anticonvulsant activity through modulation of adenosine A2A receptors on GABAergic neuronal function.
